How to use it
Flour the cloth, place the shaped loaves between raised folds and cover them as your recipe requires. Transfer the dough to a baking surface before it goes into the oven; the couche itself is for proofing.
Care & safety
Shake or brush away dry flour after use and let the cloth dry fully before folding it away. Follow the supplied washing directions and never place the couche in the oven.
