Bread scoring practice templates
Practice the movement on paper before working on dough. The two-page A4 PDF includes six guided patterns, freehand practice lines, technique reminders and print settings.
Patterns included
- Main expansion curve
- Overlapping baguette cuts
- Wheat stalk and leaf branch
- Chevron and diamond grid
- Freehand motion-practice lines
How to use the sheet
- Print at 100% scale on A4 or US Letter.
- Trace each line in one deliberate motion.
- Repeat freehand without retracing the same cut.
- Move to dough only after planning the blade path and stabilizing the loaf.
The patterns train movement; they are not exact cutting dimensions. Adjust depth and orientation for your dough, recipe and intended result. Blades are extremely sharp.
